All My Sons Trailer

Arthur Miller’s All My Sons has opened to triumphant acclaim as “an astonishing, deeply moving piece of theatre” showcasing “a great writer, a visionary director and superlative cast all chiming in harmony” (★★★★★ Evening Standard).

Through “stupendously well-acted” (★★★★★ Financial Times) performances from Bryan Cranston, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, Paapa Essiedu, Tom Glynn-Carney and Hayley Squires, director Ivo Van Hove delivers “a magnificent, shuddering production with so much alchemy it just dazzles and dazzles” (★★★★★ Guardian).

Respected, self-made businessman Joe Keller prides himself on providing for his wife and their two sons.

While wartime delivers profits for the family, it comes at a price when his partner is charged with criminal manufacturing deals, and his eldest son goes missing in action.

Peacetime brings little peace of mind as Joe’s true involvement in the activity begins to surface, and he is suddenly confronted by the consequences of his actions.

Across “two immensely powerful and gripping hours” (★★★★★ The i) Arthur Miller skewers the promise of the American Dream as the action “plays out symphonically building to an astonishing crescendo” (★★★★★ Time Out).

All My Sons is a “a simply arresting theatrical event” (★★★★★ Broadway World) at London’s Wyndham’s Theatre until 7 March only.
